Summary Minutes of March 30, 2017 Call

The Market Quality Subcommittee held a call on March 30, 2017.  The call convened at approximately 1:00 p.m. The following Subcommittee members were on the call:

The first order of business was a discussion on several topics that the Subcommittee is considering including, the status of Limit-Up/Limit-Down recommendations and the industry’s response to the recommendations, continuing listing standards for ETFS, the impact on the market of active ETFs, possible small cap market structure changes, and a preliminary assessment of the Tick Size Pilot.

The second order of business was to discuss the status report that the Subcommittee intends to present to the Committee during the next meeting.

The call concluded at approximately 1:15 p.m.
