The Customer Issues Subcommittee held a call on September 23, 2016, to discuss the Commission’s disclosure of order handling information rulemaking.

The main order of business focused on a discussion of the Commission’s disclosure of order handling information rulemaking. Generally, industry participants discussed their views on implementation of the proposed rulemaking, defining institutional and retail customers, disclosure data requirements, and classification of strategy types.
