EDGAR Closing Early on December 24, 2015

On Thursday, December 24, 2015, the federal government has been granted a half-day holiday. Consistent with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) operation on a federal holiday, the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) system will close at 1:30pm. Filings will not be accepted and the Filing Web Site will not be operational after that time. In addition, the Filer Support Call Center will be open from 9am to 1:30pm, rather than the usual 9am to 5:30pm operating hours. We will resume normal operation on Monday morning, December 28, 2015.
