Tips, Complaints, and Referrals (TCR) Upcoming System Maintenance
The Tips, Complaints, and Referrals (TCR) system will undergo system maintenance beginning at 9pm ET, November 13, 2024. All submissions should be started with enough time to submit prior to 9pm, as in-progress submissions will not be captured when maintenance begins. Following that time, the system will be unavailable for multiple days.
NOTICE:
We strongly encourage the public (whistleblowers and non-whistleblowers) to submit any tips, complaints, and referrals (TCRs) using the SEC's online TCR system and complaint form. If you submit your TCR using the online TCR system, you will receive a notice confirming that your submission has been received successfully and providing the submission number for your records.
