Forms To Be Completed BEFORE Orientation

This page is designed to provide individualized information that depends on the nature of your appointment with the SEC. It will also prepare you for the New Employee Orientation briefing that begins on your first day on duty. All new SEC employees must complete employment and applicable benefits forms prior to reporting which are to be submitted through our EODs System in which you should have access. If for some reason you weren't provided access to EODs or you no longer have access to the system, please immediately contact your HR Specialist.

Please make sure you complete the applicable forms and upload in EODS as applicable.
