Virtual Conversation with Commissioner Crenshaw, Oregon RAIN, and Entrepreneurs

Commissioner Crenshaw and our Office joined a conversation on capital raising hosted by Oregon RAIN. We discussed the different pathways available for early-stage companies to raise capital from investors, from equity crowdfunding campaigns to private placements with angel investors or venture funds. Participants were able to ask questions and share feedback on small business capital raising. Oregon RAIN partners with Oregon communities to catalyze entrepreneurial ecosystems, connect overlooked entrepreneurs to resources, and contribute to the creation of prosperous economies. The slides used in this discussion are available.
