Commissioner Caroline Crenshaw and staff from the Philadelphia Regional Office (PLRO) will speak to service members at DeKalb Army Reserve Center. The outreach event will focus on investor education and fraud awareness among members of the military. Commissioner Crenshaw, an Army reservist, will host the presentation, along with PLRO's Scott Thompson, Gregory Bockin, and Spencer Willig.
