42nd Annual Small Business Forum
The SEC's Small Business Office is leading the agency's annual Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation, where members of the public and private sectors gather to provide feedback to improve capital raising policy. The 2023 Forum will be hosted over four virtual sessions featuring speakers with in-depth knowledge of the issues facing small businesses across the country.
Following these discussions, participants will be invited to vote on capital raising policy recommendations submitted by members of the public. Reach out to us to submit policy recommendations.
