2022 SEC Investor Advocacy Clinic Summit: Virtual Outreach Event

SEC Chair Gary Gensler will provide opening remarks at the 2022 SEC Investor Advocacy Clinic Summit and virtual outreach event, Safeguarding the Golden Years: Avoiding Financial Fraud. During the outreach event, presenters from the Fordham University School of Law and University of Miami School of Law investor advocacy clinics, which provide free legal representation to harmed investors, will share lessons learned from senior fraud cases. Panelists from the SEC, AARP, and FINRA will participate in a moderated discussion and question-and-answer session on senior financial fraud.
