COURT ENTERS PERMANENT INJUNCTIONS AGAINST RUBEN SERRANO

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced that on January 21, 2011, the Honorable P. Kevin Castel, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York entered a Final Judgment by consent against defendant Ruben Serrano. The Final Judgment enjoins defendant Serrano from future violations of Section 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933, Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and Rule 10b-5 thereunder. Defendant Serrano consented to the entry of the Final Judgment without admitting or denying any of the allegations in the Commission's complaint.
