Court Enters Order Adopting Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation Dismissing Disgorgement and Civil Penalty as to Jeffrey R. Senger

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced that on October 19, 2006, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida entered an Order granting the Commission's motion to dismiss disgorgement and civil penalty claims against defendant Jeffrey R. Senger. Previously, on March 30, 2005, the Court entered a Judgment of Permanent Injunction against Senger.
