EDGAR Release 23.2.1

On July 17, 2023 EDGAR Release 23.2.1 will introduce the following changes:

• The SEC.gov stylesheets for Forms 4 and 5 have been updated. The checkbox introduced in Release 23.1 to allow filers to identify whether the reported transaction was subject to a contract, instruction or written plan intended to meet the conditions of Rule 10b5-1(c) has been moved from above Table 1 to the upper left corner of the stylesheet. No new changes have been made to Forms 4 and 5 themselves.
