  1. The above listed Stronghold Capital Partners is impersonating a former genuine entity having a similar name, Stronghold Capital Partners Ltd. (CIK Number: 000146097).
  2. The legitimate Stronghold Capital Partners Ltd filed a Form TA-W to have its registration with the SEC withdrawn, effective February 14, 2006, and is defunct.
  3. The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the former genuine entity.
