There is only one firm currently registered named Legacy Capital Management, LLC (CRD Number 162171; SEC Number 802-74551). The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine Legacy Capital Management, LLC, which has the following mailing address: 25333 Cedar Road, Suite 300, Lyndhurst, OH 44124. The SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure (IAPD) database contains registration information for the genuine entities.
