The PAUSE Program lists entities that falsely claim to be registered, licensed, and/or located in the United States in their solicitation of investors. The PAUSE Program also lists entities that impersonate genuine U.S. registered securities firms as well as fictitious regulators, government agencies, or international organizations.

Europa Capital LLC, may be impersonating a formerly registered National Futures Association (NFA) member firm with a similar name but different address - Europa Capital Associates LLC (NFA Number: 0347859), which has the following mailing address: 419 Lafayette Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10003-7033. The genuine Europa Capital Associates LLC withdrew its registration with the NFA on September 16, 2009 and no longer deals in commodities.
