  1. Portfolio Investment Co. Ltd. is impersonating a formerly registered broker-dealer firm with a similar name - Portfolio Investments, Inc. (CRD Number: 17670; SEC Number: 8-35589), which had the following mailing address:  1330 South Bascom Avenue, Suite E, San Jose, CA 95128. The genuine Portfolio Investments, Inc. withdrew its registration with the SEC effective February 19, 1994, and is defunct. The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the former genuine entity.
