  • The above listed entity is impersonating a impersonating a genuine entity having the same name: Loeb Arbitrage Management LP dba Loeb King Capital Management – CRD # 110487 / SEC # 801-39572 / CIK # 1577406 (registration status terminated April 15, 2015).
     
  • The genuine entity had the following address – 125 Broad Street, New York, NY 10004. The genuine entity does not appear to currently maintain a website. The SEC’s Edgar Database contains registration information for the genuine entity.
     
  • The impersonator has no connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine entity.
