The reporting provisions of the No FEAR Act require federal agencies to annually disclose information about cases filed under federal antidiscrimination laws and whistleblower protection laws.

No FEAR Act & Cummings Act Information

The Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation (No FEAR) Act holds federal agencies accountable for violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws. As required under the No FEAR Act, the SEC provides this notice to employees, former employees, and applicants for employment to inform them of their rights and protections available under federal anti-discrimination, whistleblower protection, and retaliation laws.

The Elijah E. Cummings Federal Employee Antidiscrimination Act amended the No FEAR Act to strengthen federal antidiscrimination laws enforced by the EEOC and expand accountability within federal agencies. The law requires federal agencies to publicly provide notice in an accessible format linked from its public-facing website of any final decision in which there has been a finding of discrimination (including retaliation) against the agency. Required notices under the Cummings Act will be posted here when required.
