Security-Based Swap Data Repositories and Execution Facilities

Security-Based Swap Execution Facilities (SBSEFs) are required to submit certain exhibits to their registration applications on Form SBSEF in Inline XBRL. SBSEFs are also required to submit financial resources reports and compliance reports in Inline XBRL.

Security-based swap data repositories (SDRs) are required to file an Interactive Data Financial Report in XBRL as an exhibit to an SDR’s financial report. Exhibits are required on SDR registrations and amendments.
