Form N-PORT Data Sets

Form N-PORT is to be used by a registered management investment company, or an exchange-traded fund organized as a unit investment trust, or series thereof (“Fund”), other than a Fund that is regulated as a money market fund (“money market fund”) under rule 2a-7 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 [15 U.S.C. 80a] (“Act”) (17 CFR 270.2a-7) or a small business investment company (“SBIC”) registered on Form N-5 (17 CFR 239.24 and 274.5), to file reports of monthly portfolio holdings pursuant to rule 30b1-9 under the Act (17 CFR 270.30b1-9).

The data sets will be updated quarterly. Data contained in documents filed after 5:30 PM Eastern on the last business day of a quarter will be included in the subsequent quarterly posting. Form N-PORT readme (PDF) provides documentation of scope, organization, file formats and table definitions.

Form N-PORT is the reporting form used for monthly reports of registered management funds other than money market funds, and exchange-traded funds organized as unit investment trusts. Funds report information quarterly about their portfolios and each of their portfolio holdings as of the last business day, or last calendar day, of each month. The Form N-PORT Data Sets only include publicly available information from filings that have been disseminated by the Commission.
