The Securities and Exchange Commission (Commission) initiated this proceeding on July 16, 2003, with an Order Instituting Proceedings (OIP) against Respondent Global Telemedia International, Inc. (Global). An officer of Global was served with the OIP by certified mail on July 22, 2003, and Global's Answer was due on August 11, 2003. See 17 C.F.R. §§ 201.141, .150, .220. On August 20, 2003, the Division of Enforcement filed a Motion for Default and Supporting Brief of Points and Authorities against Global. As of August 25, 2003, Global has not filed an Answer and is in default under Rules 155(a) and 220(f) of the Commission's Rules of Practice, 17 C.F.R. §§ 201.155(a), .220(f).

Pursuant to Rules 155(a) and 220(f) of the Commission's Rules of Practice, 17 C.F.R. §§ 201.155(a), .220(f), I find the following allegations in the OIP to be true:

Global d/b/a Bentley House International Group was originally incorporated in 1984, in Florida, as Phoenix Hi-Tech, Inc. In 1994, the company changed its name to Global Telemedia International, Inc. Global is now an inactive Florida corporation.

At all relevant times, Global's common stock was registered pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act). Global was required to file annual and quarterly reports pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-3 thereunder.

Global failed to file the following reports:

• Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended March 31, 2001;

• Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended June 30, 2001;

• Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended September 30, 2001;

• Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2001;

• Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended March 31, 2002;

• Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended June 30, 2002;

• Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended September 30, 2002;

• Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2002; and

• Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended March 31, 2003.

As a result of the foregoing, Global violated Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder. Global's common stock was quoted on the National Association of Securities Dealer's Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board until May 22, 2001. The common stock of Global continues to trade in the Pink Sheets.

IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, that the registration of all securities of Global Telemedia International, Inc., be and hereby is REVOKED.
