Relief From Reporting by Small Issuers

Overview

The Commission is announcing the adoption of revisions to Rules 12g-1, 12g-4 and 12h-3 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, which will increase the number of issuers not subject to the registration and reporting requirements of the Exchange Act, by increasing the total assets threshold from $5 million to $10 million.
