Interactive Data Voluntary Program

In April 2005, the SEC began its Interactive Data Voluntary Program, which allowed public companies, and later mutual fund companies, to voluntarily submit XBRL-formatted files as exhibits to periodic reports and Investment Company Act filings.

Subsequent to rule and rule amendments adopted by the Commission in two releases, Interactive Data to Improve Financial Reporting, Release No. 33-9002 (Jan. 30, 2009) and , Interactive Data for Mutual Fund Risk/Return Summary, Release No. 33-9006 (Feb. 11, 2009), the Voluntary Program is now only open for participation by investment companies and entities that prepare their financial statements in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation S-X with respect to financial statement information.

You can access financial statement information submitted in interactive data format under the Voluntary Program.
