This message is to urge you to not consider the PowerPoint slides used in Internet Roadshows as a "writing" that must be filed. I feel this puts institutional investors at a distinct disadvantage from those who are able to attend the "live" roadshows. Not all investors can travel to attend every live roadshow. In today's environment, the features and functions of the Internet allow for a "near live" experience. These slides help all investors to make a more informed buying decision.
