My comments would start with the guiding words...Free Markets make Free People.
And, if we could add Free and Equitable Information from the SEC and the elimination of the HUSH---I mean the quiet period before IPOs, Wouldnt everyone sleep much better at night?
I have always enjoyed the elite screaming for Economic Justice while they raid the IPO Cash Register.
Just be honest and think about what the guy at the Hometown Hardware Store would say....or the guy that still milks 400-500 cows a day. It is those folks that end up paying the profits that are, in essence, almost economic rents created by the stifling of information.
