I am duly licensed as a broker dealer rep and a state regulated investment advisor. As it stands now your proposal is confusing to the public and professionals in the industry. Standards should be the same for both industries both for the saftey of the public and a level playing field for the professional community. I request you withdraw the rule proposal.
