To whom it may concern:
Please consider withdrawing the rule proposal, since it would create a double standard for investment advice and further confuse the public. There should be only one standard that the financial profession should adhere to. Brokers are not financial planners, nor are they trained to look at a deep level or comprehensive view of client situations. Therefore, please drop the rule proposal in the interest of protecting the public. Thank you for your time and consideration.
