Absolutely. Please DO adopt this proposal.
I believe the investment community should get to know how deeply invested their manager is in a fund. In addition, full disclosure of the staff hired to maintain that fund is also fundamental. It seems all to convenient to hide these facts, ince they are not required. As such the investing public has no knowledge of the commitment of their manager, nor the quality or lack thereof of the team he/she has employed.
