Rather than send you the form recommended with which you are familiar that contains objections to the 2 fee, I prefer to let you know how the fine affects me.
I do not have perfect judgement, therefor I make a mistake occasionally which I want to correct immediately. I should pay whatever fees I previously agreed to and eat my loss. Your additional fee would be an unfair aggravation imposed on me to correct a problem with which I am not involved.
