Sir/Madam
This is a step forward with a great big pot hole ahead. My mother, my two uncles and my brother are all holders of stock in as many as a dozen public companies. They routinely look forward with anticipation to digesting the merits of the proxy statements they receive and discussing them amongst themselves and their accountants. THEY DO NOT LIKE TO RECEIVE AND READ MATERIAL VIA THE INTERNET.
Someday... maybe. Now, this is too early. If you must allow electronic distribution, let the paper version go out too.
