I urge you to require mutual funds to report more and better information. The information should be straightforward, easy to grasp and report to investors what they are paying the mutual fund.
The 12B.1 fees should be eliminated. If there is a sales charge report it upfront and eliminate the deception with the 12B.1 fees.
