I applaud and support the SEC effort in any way it deems
necessary to safeguard we investors from any brokerage
activities which fail to wholley disclose or otherwise
present less than the whole truth concerning all investment
considerations. I also thank the SEC for offering investors a chance to respond to this comtemplated rule change.
