Yes. we need as many disclosures as we can from the brokers before we buy a mutual fund. Is it possible to make rules in such a way to create checks and balances between the brokers and the management/board of directors. Now-a-days almost every company has a problem. If we want to buy over the internet, how does it work? My husband and I are going to retire in near future we need all the help that we can get to protect our assets.
