Sir/Madame:

Yes. I would like funds and brokers to reveal all fees they charge investors.

I also would like to see the salaries and bonuses for fund presidents, CEOs and money managers listed in the prospectuses and annual reports.

I also would like to see a cap placed on their salaries and bonuses, and no salary increases nor bonuses given in down years. I cant accept the thinking that money managers deserve an increase for not losing as much money as other fund managers

Funds should not require investors to increase their minimum amounts after a down market period, for it was the money managers lack of foresight who lost investors money, not the investors.

Funds that charge 12B-1 fees should eliminate them after a fund has grown to a reasonable size.

Results of proxy voting should be made available for scrutiny.

Rolly
