I strongly support the full disclosure of information relating to potential conflict of interest of sales personnel. This information should be disclosed as early in the sales process as possible. I believe it should be included in the initial distribution of sales information and again prior to or no later than the point of sale. This information should be repeated in sales confirmation information. The initial information would have to be disclosed as percentages only.
I believe that the clear and complete disclosure of this information will result in more efficient markets as well as more informed investors.
