Attachments 4,5 are sufficiently less detailed to be far less useful.
Attachments 1,2,3 are more detailed and provide enough information for the investor to make an informed decision.
Tabular information is just fine for me. Some investors however absorb information visually. Perhaps the back of the form can portray similar information in graphical form. Perhaps a pie chart showing the slice of fees being removed. Or line/bar chart showing the effect of the declining backend load. Certainly where the particular fund likes in relation to the high/low/median.
