I wholeheartedly support the two new forms providing information for investors regarding potential conflicts of interest at time of sale for any purchases. It would be helpful to provide a comparison of Class A shares vs. Class B shares. Also, information regarding the holding period would be of further help. Broker compensation holds key information in pointing out potential conflict. Disclosing this information at time of sale would be invaluable in investors decision making.
