I would like to see mutual funds include their trading costs along with other expenses. This would be listed with other expenses but as a separate item. These trading costs are now buried in NAV and not published. 12b expenses should be broken out for marketing costs and commissions separately showing both numbers.
Boards should publish each individuals total dollar investments in the funds they oversee.
The prospectus should outline incentive plans for fund managers over base salary.
