Hello,
As a fledgling investor and a member of the interested public, I support these requirements. I appreciate any rules and requirements that force mutual fund managers to be more transparent and open in their business activities. While these requirements cant guarantee that I wont have problems investing or automatically prevent me from losing money, I feel they will allow me to make more informed investment choices.
