As a fee-only financial advisor to several hundred imminent retirees at major companies around the country, I strongly recommend that you institue the proposed new disclosure rules for mutual fund vendors, be it to the general public, 401k, 529 plans, etc. My only request is that, to the degree possible, keep it simple. The current rules, even withoug abuses - of which there are many - is nothing short of criminal. Please enact these proposed rules. They are desperately needed. Thank you.
