Of course there should be full disclosure of executive compensation. CEOs make obscene amounts of money and receive exhorbitant perks regardless of their or their company's performance. In a time of mass lay-offs, stagnant wages, loss of health insurance and retirement benefits, the least executives should have to do is disclose their overly generous compensation packages. And all the top brass should be required to make disclosures, not only the top five executives. Do right by investors/shareholders and make this proposal law.
