The acquisitions of PrimeZone and Shareholder.com by Nasdaq and the associated bundling of services and related Nasdaq fee increase is beneficial for our company. Nasdaq's colaboration of valued services will ultimately reduce our company's overall expense associated with these services and the alternative of seprately contracting for similar services with individual providers.
