I understand that NASDAQ is redefining their listing product. By offering these added services as a benefit of listing, NASDAQ is innovating what a stock market could be in the future. They are also increasing competition among the providers of these services, which ultimately creates better outcomes for companies.

This is another example where NASDAQ, using continuous innovation in all products and services, seeks to maximize the level of service and value of listing for its listed companies and their investors. Fostering a competitive environment and providing choice increase service levels and reduces the cost to the issuer.

This is truly an example of enhancing the competitive landscape and improving the quality for companies. As a Professor and researcher in the field of entrepreneurship innovation, I am certainly in favor of their enhanced service offering.

Sincerely,

Dr. Donald F. Kuratko
