The Nasdaq proposal to charge for quotations now treated as public property is a greedy, graspy thing to do in terms of the small investor such as myself. I need the exchange markets in order to supplement my Social Security and a small pension. It's the only way we can keep our heads above the poverty level. Layering on additional fees may seem inconsequential to those who consider them chump change I don't. I'll pay for the big guys breeziny by these the same way I pay for those tax cuts we were graced with a few years back. Tell the exchanges that they are operating in the public interest, not solely for their own benefit.
