Dear SEC,

I want to express my concern over the charging of fees for data from our various public stock and commodity exchanges. I think every American trading in these venues deserves to play on a level playing field. As a small investor I have already been defrauded on several occasions and the SEC has found that my cases were to small in dollar value to bother with justice. By allowing data to be for "fee" you limit the ability small investors have to know what is really happening in the markets and set us up for more unscrupulous so called professionals that have the deep pockets to have this information. I hope you will reconsider the current situation and change it to a free information system for all.

Thank you
