Naked short selling is a scandal and the SEC is guilty of dereliction of duty by not protecting investors. You are strongly urged to take all necessary steps to eliminate abusive short selling. Please eliminate the illegal SOH Grandfater Clause, which pretends that the illegal practice of selling counterfit shares did not exist for the past 10 years. Those who have practiced this illegal activity do not deserve a "free pass". They should be held accoutable. This practice has negatively affected the price of a number of stocks which I own. Please do your job of protecting the public's interest and prevent the selling of shares which have never been issued and are unregistered.
