To Whom it May Concern,

That would be totally ridiculous, for sales reps. to no longer get compensated, for servicing our clients, through the 12b-1 fees. I have been licensed to sell securities sense 1971, and I spend over 1/2 of my business day, servicing my clients needs. I would no longer be able to continue doing the business, if I had to work over 1/2 of my work day, not being compensated, for answering calls that come into my office, from various companies, calls from clients, working up reviews of client portfolio holdings, changes of addresses, changes in benificiaries, re-registering their account, to a trust, setting up required distributions, for clients that are 70 1/2, and countless other transactions we do for our clients.

I feel we are not compensated enough, for doing the services that we do, let alone, taking away all service fees, for the broker.

Respectfully,
