- Submit a filing in an Administrative Proceeding (Non SEC Users only)
- Note: Upon clicking above link, the user will be directed to login.gov for sign-in followed by eFAP. First-time users are required to create an account with login.gov and register with eFAP to access the system. SEC staff (including the Division of Enforcement) does not need to register with login.gov, and should access the system through the SEC Exchange.
