I believe that the SEC should stop neigated shorting of small cap stocks. Small company's have a difficult time getting off the ground as it is. Then you have people who's main objective is to see to it that the company can not survive by running it into the ground. Using this negated shorting. This could be a group of people highered by a competor or just a ruthless group of people. It is up to the SEC to see that the small investor is not hurt by this group of people. Keeping the playing field level. If the SEC wants to have a vital market they must keep it honest and the crooks out.
