China Natural Resources fully support the exemptions for small companies.
The cost of implementing SOX 404 put tremendous financial burden on samll public companies and we believe that management should utilize the resources to increase shareholders' wealth rather than paying additional cost which will not bring any benefits to the company and its shareholders.
